As a Desktop Support Engineer during the Bank Mandiri network upgrade, I executed the physical replacement of switches and routers, ensuring adherence to centralized standards through meticulous rack mounting, cable tracing, and port labeling. I collaborated in real-time with Central Network Engineers for console configurations, connectivity validation, and LAN troubleshooting (IP, MAC, port) to ensure seamless endpoint operations. Additionally, I provided first-level post-implementation support and compiled comprehensive project documentation, including BAST, hardware inventories, and before-after reports.
